One of the standout experiences is a unique national park glamping stay, where you’ll sleep under the stars after an unforgettable elephant safari — surrounded by nature, but with proper beds, private bathrooms and even a pool.

Travellers from most countries are required to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) to enter Sri Lanka. This must be arranged before you travel. While limited ETA facilities may be available on arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport (Colombo), we strongly recommend organising this in advance to avoid delays.
If you are unsure whether you need an ETA, please check the Sri Lankan visa requirements for your nationality using the official government website.
All travellers must also complete a Digital Arrival & Departure Card within three days prior to arrival. Entry and exit requirements can change at short notice, so we recommend checking with the nearest Sri Lankan high commission, embassy, or consulate for the most up-to-date information before travelling.
Your passport must be valid for at least six months from your date of arrival, and you will need to provide proof of onward travel (such as a flight ticket departing Sri Lanka).
Please note that ULTIMATE or the local tour operator does not arrange or apply for visas on behalf of guests. It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they meet all visa and entry requirements before departure.

We do however give you very simple instructions on how best to get from the airport to Beacon Beach Hotel in your information pack so you shouldn’t have any trouble if you don't use the airport transfer!

Whether you’re travelling solo or with a mate, you’ll meet like-minded travellers from all over the world. Group sizes vary with each tour however we like to keep things fun yet personal so you’ll be travelling on tour with approx 6-20 others.

Yes, you will need to bring temple wear for use at various points throughout the tour. You’ll need to cover your legs, shoulders & chest so for men remember to wear t-shirts rather than singlets and for women, sarongs are ideal to drape over your shoulders.
Yes, please make sure you send us your flight details so we can organise the airport transfer for you.
You can depart any time on the last day, allowing about 40 minutes travel time to the airport.
