ITINERARY
Day 1 - Darwin to Cooinda
This morning our Top End adventure kicks off. You will get picked up from central Darwin Accommodation between 6.30am and 7.30am. Our first destination is the Mary River Welands where we will cruise on a river with the highest concentration of saltwater crocodiles in the Southern Hemisphere! We will travel to the entrance of Kakadu National Park and spend our first afternoon learning about the Rainbow Serpent and climbing the Nadab lookout for panoramic views into Arnhem Land. Tonight we spend our first night on a private campsite at Cooinda.
Day 2 - Cooinda to Litchfield National Park
Today we continue to explore Kakadu National Park. We start this mornings journey by 4WD and boat shuttle to make our way into the remarkable Twin and Jim Falls. Located deep within Kakadu National Park, these remote falls are captavating and full of natual beauty. This afternoon, our adventure continues and we make our way to Litchfueld National Park.
Day 3 - Litchfield National Park to Darwin
Today we arrive into the Majstic Litchfield National Park. We spend our day marvelling at the intriguing and magnetic termite mounds and swim, hike and explore Florence and Wangi Falls. Tonight we make our way back to Darwin.
Day 4 - Darwin to Katherine Gorge National Park
We begin our journey south toward Alice Springs. Our travels will take us to Nitmiluk National Park (Katherine Gorge). We spend the day exploring the peaceful waters and the picturesque gorge before retiring at our nearby campsite for the evening.
Day 5 - Katherine Gorge to Banka Banka Cattle Station
Our morning is spent in a lush oasis, the sandy-bottomed Mataranka Thermal Pools. After exploring the nearby town, we make our way to the famous Daly Waters Pub. Iconic in days gone by, this spot is great for a cold bear and a genuine Aussie experience. We spend tonight at the Banka Banka Cattle Station.
Day 6 - Banka Banka Cattle Station to Alice Springs
Our last day is here! We will pass through Tennant Creek through to the Devils Marbles, This collection of gigantic boulders is a sight not to be missed when exploring the NT. Later this afternoon we will cross the Tropic of Capricorn before arriving into Alice Springs where our Journey will come to an end.

To book the Top End tour, select your chosen departure date and any optional extras you would like to book. We'll send you a booking confirmation as well as important information about your tour.
Tour Starts : Wednesdays. Pick-up from select accommodation at 7am

Flights to Darwin and out of Alice Springs are not included. Compare flight prices here.
You can book your flight to arrive in at any time on Day 1 as there are no tour arrangements confirmed on this day.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
Torch, wide brimmed hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, water bottle (1.5 litres), walking shoes/boots, sleeping bag (or can be hired for $50), toiletries, swim wear, towel, camera, comfortable and casual clothing.
