The Top End tour starts and finishes in Darwin.
Who will I be travelling with?
You’ll be travelling with a group from all over the world with a fully trained and knowledgeable local guide. Group sizes vary but you can generally expect to travel with a group of approximately 8-15 people.
Where will I be staying?
During your trip, you will have the chance to experience outback camping grounds and sleep in powered tents. Although facilities are minimal and conditions may be basic, this is all part of the adventure.

What time does the tour start?
This Top End tour starts at the Youth Shack Hostel in Darwin on Day 1. Your adventure will officially start at 6.30am on Day 1.
Is it hot during the day?
Summer (Nov-Mar) average over 30 degrees Celsius. During the peak of summer temperatures can reach 40 degrees Celsius or more. Winter daytime temperatures are pleasant, usually around 20-25 degrees Celsius.

Today is the biggest swimming day on your Top End Adventure! Explore the Litchfield National Park – so much to see and one action packed day to see it all! On the way your guide will show you a termite mound which is a staple of the local landscape. The majority of today is filled with multiple, iconic swimming spots so make sure you’ve got you swimmers and camera easily accessible!!
