MAKING YOUR BOOKING
To make your booking, select your chosen departure date and any optional extras you would like to book. If you are unsure about optional extras or if you need additional accommodation before or after your tour, you can let us know later via email. If you have a travel date in mind but you’re not ready to pay in full, you can secure your spot with a deposit. We’ll send you a booking confirmation as well as important information about your tour. Your final payment is due 45 days before your tour date. A non refundable 5.25% booking processing fee applies to each booking. The amount is calculated based on the value of your booking.
BOOK OPEN DATED
Book open dated when you have not decided on a tour date yet, but want to confirm your travel plans and secure a price. Once you have booked an open dated tour, you can book on to any available start date of your choosing, subject to availability. Book open dated here.

Your deposit is flexible and if you can no longer travel, you can save your deposit for a later trip or destination if you notify us 30 days before your scheduled tour date. We’ve just finished the six-week East Coast Dutchies group trip in Australia, and what an incredible experience it was. At the beginning of the trip, I never expected to build such a close bond with everyone, but that quickly changed.
Our tour leader Sidney definitely played a big part in that. She was always there to help us and truly felt like one of the group. If you’re considering doing a group trip in Australia, I would absolutely recommend her as a tour leader. She organized everything extremely well, always kept everyone involved, and made sure the whole group felt included.

I have had the best time doing the six week East Coast tour of Australia. My Ultimate tour leader Callan Burns was one of the main reasons. From day one he was such a positive person who just wanted everyone to enjoy themselves and feel part of the group. Beneath the rough Scottish exterior and sarcasm is a top bloke who cares deeply for his job and more deeply for the people around him.
For anyone wanting to visit Australia I cannot recommend Ultimate travel enough if Callan is the benchmark for the guides you will be offered. Safe to say I will be missing him and the group a lot, and my life has been changed on this tour for the better.
