Our team is happy to help if you have questions. Note that the price of your Visa for each country is NOT included in your tour price. Ensure you budget appropriately for your Visa’s.
Passport requirements
- Your passport must have at least 6 months validity from your date of entry
- Immigration authorities may request additional documents at customs
- Emergency Travel Documents are not accepted for entry to Thailand
Thailand
Visa-free entry (60 days)
Passport holders from countries including Australia, UK, USA, New Zealand, most EU countries, and Canada can enter Thailand visa-free for up to 60 days.

Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)
From 1 May 2025, all non-Thai citizens must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC).
- Must be submitted within 3 days before arrival
- Complete online at: http://tdac.immigration.go.th
- Save a copy on your phone – you must present it on arrival and departure
Laos
Visa on arrival
Available at Luang Prabang Airport for most nationalities
Stay allowed: 14–30 days (Laos portion of the tour is 6 days)
Cost: USD 35–50 (cash only) depending on nationality
1–2 passport photos required (white background)
Additional fees
USD 1 overtime fee applies on weekends, public holidays, before 8am or after 4pm

Passport holders from countries including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, South Korea, and Scandinavia can stay up to 45 days visa-free.
You may receive a new 45-day exemption each time you re-enter Vietnam.

Important group tour note
Some nationalities are only visa-free when travelling on tours operated by Vietnam-based companies. As our tours are AU/UK-based, travellers from these countries must apply for an e-Visa.
