29-DAY / 28-NIGHT GROUP TOUR
EUROPE ADVENTURE
9 COUNTRIES FULLY GUIDED INTERRAILING TOUR
TRIP FAQS
Where does the tour start and finish?
The Europe Adventure starts and ends in London. You’ll meet your Group Leader and the rest of your group at St Pancras Train Station at 9am on Day 2, after an included first night at the Generator Hostel in London on Day 1. The tour returns to London 28 nights later, arriving back in the late afternoon.
What’s included in the trip?
Your tour includes all transport between cities (trains, buses and the Eurostar to and from London), any Interrail or Eurail passes required, all possible seat reservations, 28 nights’ accommodation in top-rated hostels, and a Group Leader with you the whole way. It also includes a set of unmissable activities in each city, from a canal cruise in Amsterdam to a wine-tasting tour in Florence and a sunset cruise on the Seine in Paris.
What’s the accommodation like?
You’ll stay in top-rated, centrally located hostels in shared, mixed-gender dorms alongside your group and other like-minded travellers, with one overnight train between Vienna and Venice included as part of the itinerary.
Is this trip right for solo travellers?
Absolutely — plenty of travellers join solo, and the shared hostel dorms, group activities and WhatsApp group before departure all make it easy to make friends quickly. The trip is aimed at travellers aged 18–35 who want a social, well-paced way to see multiple countries without arranging the logistics themselves.
Are flights included?
No, flights are not included — you’ll need to book your own flights into London to arrive in time for the Day 2 meeting point. If you’re flying in or aren’t local, we’d recommend arriving a day or two early, and we can arrange additional pre-tour hostel nights for you, subject to availability.
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is not included and is not organised on your behalf — you’ll need to arrange your own before departure.
How does payment work?
You’ll pay a 20% deposit at the time of booking to secure your spot on your preferred departure date, with the final balance due 60 days before the tour starts.
Will I have free time to explore on my own?
Yes — alongside the included activities, your Group Leader builds in free time in every city so you can shop, eat, wander and explore at your own pace, or take up one of the suggested optional activities.
Are there optional activities I can book on tour?
Yes, each city has a range of optional extras available to book locally with your Group Leader — things like walking tours, pub crawls, and city-specific experiences such as the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, Prague Castle tickets, or a Monaco day trip from Nice.
What happens if there’s a strike or transport disruption?
You’re covered by Travel Disruption Protection, which means if a strike or similar disruption affects your scheduled transport, alternative travel arrangements are organised and included at no extra cost.
Can I extend my trip in London before or after the tour?
Yes — just let us know and we can arrange additional pre-tour or post-tour accommodation in London for you, subject to availability.
