The support that ultimate Oz provide is fantastic and you never lose touch with the company, even when the week is over which is really useful.

The staff have a very good knowledge of the surrounding area and will tell you all the hot spots and things to do for your year in Australia.

6 week east coast tour: The most wholesome 6 weeks I ever experienced. Our tour guide Zoe managed everything between the sales and support team and our tour group. We started as a group of people who didn't know each other and ended as friends, who spilled tears at the end. The tour was so relaxing, even as a newbie in traveling, cause everything is already sorted out & if questions were left open, you could always count on Zoe. Fantastic 2 weeks in Vietnam. The group was great and the tour was always busy. Faye was the perfect tour leader! Kept what seemed like chaos running smoothly the whole time and went far outside her job guidelines telling us all so much about the culture that we would not have known otherwise.
