An image is not mandatory to create a traveller profile.

A profile image may synchronise automatically with the app via the email account used to register (for example, a Google or Apple account profile image).

Users may also choose to upload images or media as part of user-generated content, feedback, reviews, or participation in marketing-related activities.

  • Displaying traveller profiles
  • Enabling app functionality
  • Sharing feedback or travel experiences
  • Marketing and promotional activities where consent has been provided
  • Images are not used for advertising profiling and are not sold to third parties.

Users may request the deletion of their images or media content at any time by contacting ULTIMATE.

USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
