I was on the 21-Day East Coast Highlights trip, Ozzy (Our tour guide) was nothing short of outstanding. As a native Australian, his local knowledge, recommendations, and support made the experience so much better.
I have no complaints about Ozzy or my tour group. However, as an 18-year-old solo female traveller, I found the itinerary vague and lacking important information, which led to me missing out on an entire week of my trip due to misinformation.
Despite this, Ozzy was incredibly reassuring and helped me feel comfortable throughout the tour. I had an amazing time and met some incredible people, but I would only consider booking with Ultimate Travel again if more detailed information is provided in advance.

such an amazing experience! we had the best time on our tour and all of it was made possible by our guide Sam. Sam was warm, kind and helpful. He chatted to everyone in the group and made us all feel welcome. If anyone needed anything or was having a difficult time he was also there to support them. I've just finished my 6 week tour with Mia. We all had the most amazing time. Good mix of solo travellers and friend groups. It was so well organised and covered all the best spots.
Our tour guide was fantastic and had such warm and kind vibes - basically a bonus mum of the group who made sure we all were enjoying ourselves and in the right place at the right time - she did a wonderful job.

I had Callan as my tour leader for the 6 week east coast tour and honestly couldn’t have asked for better. He made the whole trip so much fun from start to finish, always keeping the energy up and making everyone feel included. He was super organised, helpful with literally anything, and handled all the travel/stress behind the scenes so smoothly.

We’ve just finished the six-week East Coast Dutchies group trip in Australia, and what an incredible experience it was. At the beginning of the trip, I never expected to build such a close bond with everyone, but that quickly changed.
Our tour leader Sidney definitely played a big part in that. She was always there to help us and truly felt like one of the group. If you’re considering doing a group trip in Australia, I would absolutely recommend her as a tour leader. She organized everything extremely well, always kept everyone involved, and made sure the whole group felt included.
