WHERE DOES THE TOUR START AND FINISH?
Bali: The Bali Group tour starts in Kuta and ends on the Gili Islands. Your tour guide can help you arrange onward travel at the end of the tour, or select the return transfer option when you book.
Thailand: The Ultimate Thailand Group tour starts in Bangkok and ends on the Koh Phangan. Your tour guide can help you arrange onward travel at the end of the tour, or select the return transfer option when you book.
Vietnam: The Ultimate Vietnam group tour starts in Hanoi and ends on the Ho Chi Minh. You should book your flights into Hanoi (HAN Airport) and out of Ho Chi Minh (SGN)
IS TRAVEL BETWEEN THE TWO COUNTRIES INCLUDED?
No. Our tour combination is a saving on booking our two tours at the same time. Travel between the tour ending points and tour starting points is not included and should be pre-arranged by you.
WHO WILL I BE TRAVELLING WITH?
You’ll be travelling with a group of 18-30-somethings from all over the world, and and ULTIMATE Group Leader. Group sizes vary but you can generally expect to travel with a group of approximately 10-20 people.
WHERE WILL I BE STAYING?
Bali: You’ll be staying in twin share hotel accommodation throughout the Bali Group tour. Booking with a mate? Mention you’re travelling together and we’ll do our best to ensure you’re in the same room. Private double upgrades available.
Thailand: Our accommodation has been selected to offer a unique experience in Thailand. During this Thailand group tour, you'll be staying in twin and triple share accommodation in centrally located hotels with great facilities and in a shared hostel whilst in Kho Phangan. Our accommodation includes a Bangkok guesthouse, Floating Rafthouse, waterfront hotel and Island hostel
Vietnam: Our Ultimate Vietnam Group tour kicks off in Hanoi and after experience Halong Bay on a overnight boat, we make our way to Ho Chi Minh via Hoi An and Da Lat. We use a mix of centrally located hostel and hotel partners all throughout Vietnam to ensure we deliver an authentic and comfortable travel experience.

Twin and private room upgrades are available to book but are subject to availability and single supplement charges. Note: Twin and Private room upgrades are not available on the Whitsundays, Fraser Island or overnight buses. Twin and Single room upgrades may still have shared bathroom facilities.
CAN I BOOK THE COMBO IN ANY ORDER
Yes - you are free to book and confirm your travel in any order that suits your travel arrangements. You may choose to travel to Bali first, or travel to Bali second, after the Vietnam Tour. You can make your selection during the booking process.
CAN I BOOK ANY EXTRAS WITH MY TRIP?
Various activity add-ons on your way up the Asia! You are able to add your extras to your experience when making your booking or you can book with your Group Leader once the tour commences. A full list of optional activities is made available to you prior to your tour starting. Please note that optional activities are subject to availability and additional booking terms and conditions.
CAN YOU HELP ME ORGANISE FLIGHTS & INSURANCE?
We are unable to book flights, but we always recommend using online search engines to research the best available flight routes, prices and times. To ease your experience, we suggest booking via a Travel Agent or directly with your preferred airline.
Travel insurance is required to participate in this tour. We recommend that you find and compare various policies to ensure you have an appropriate level of coverage for you adventure. Not sure where to start? You can find some trusted Travel Insurers here.
IS AN AIRPORT TRANSFER INCLUDED?
An airport shuttle on arrival is included. During the booking process, or once you have booked your flights, supply us with your full flight details and we'll arrange the shuttle to take you to the tour meeting point. You can arrive up to three days before your tour starts and we'll ensure a transfer is available to you. Closer to the start of your tour we'll supply you with details on where to go at the airport to meet your transfer. If you do not receive this email at least one week before your tour then please contact us.
CAN I TRAVEL WITH A MEDICAL CONDITION?
If you have an existing medical condition or disability that may affect your trip or how we deliver our experience, we ask that you inform us in writing at the time of your booking. You may be asked to obtain a medical certificate and if we reasonably feel we are unable to accommodate your particular needs, we reserve the right to decline your booking.

IS TRAVEL INSURANCE REQUIRED?
Yes. It is mandatory that you travel with a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover the likes of cancellation, personal injury and medical expenses. By joining us on tour, you acknowledge that you have obtained a policy and are covered. You are responsible for reading and understanding the details of the policy that you are taking out. You should book your travel insurance at the time of booking your trip.

- You can participate in the Group tours in any order.
- As you are booking a Group Tour combo, your group for each tour may change. Not all travellers on your tours will be travelling to both destinations.
- Tour dates are subject to availability
- You might have free time in between tour end and start dates where you are free to add extra nights or do your own arrangements.
We recommend a daily spending budget of approximately $50 -75 AUD per day.
