Transport from Sydney to Surfcamp
Luxury, air-conditioned coach transportation is provided for all of your travel. Surf Camp is only 130km from Sydney, an easy 2 hour drive!
4 nights shared accommodation
4 nights is spent in multi share arrangements in our purpose built Surf Camp, meters from the beach. The property features a swimming pool, hot showers, hammocks, internet, laundry and cafe. Rooms are 6 beds.
5 days of Surfing Eight 2-hour lessons
Over 5-days, you participate in up to 8 lesson progressive surf lessons. We teach everything you will need to know! Paddling, standing up, dropping into waves, trimming and turning. Plus, learning about surf etiquette, board design and wave types will ensure you leave us confident and ready to surf forever! This course includes surfing lessons every day and is designed for absolute beginners to intermediate.
All Meals - Tasty buffet meals including Aussie BBQs
All meals are included at Surf Camp. Vegetarian options are also available along with any other special dietary requests.
Surf Gear
At Surf Camp you will use our warm and comfortable Rip Curl wetsuits and custom designed beginner softboards. All equipment is current technology and in excellent condition. SPF 30+ water resistant sunscreen is also provided.
Get Social!
Surfcamp is an Australian favourite! Experience one of Australia's favourite activities while meeting other travellers from all over the world! Enjoy a drink over the sunset at the local pub with ocean views, up the road from Surf Camp. There is also plenty of quiet space for those looking for a chilled-out experience. The daily photos & video always make for entertaining viewing!

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
PRE AND POST TOUR NIGHTS
The tour departs on Mondays prior to 9am. Pre tour nights are available to book at Wakeup Hostel via the checkout.
The tour returns to Sydney on Friday evenings at 6pm. Post tour nights in Sydney are also available to book via the checkout.
UltimateOz Working Holiday
Most customers will combine Ultimate Surfcamp with UltimateOz tour. We recommend that you complete the UltimateOz tour prior to Surfcamp. Got a questions? Contact us to discuss your arrangements. UltimateOz Working Holiday program will help you open your Australian bank account from home so your bank card will be ready to collect when you arrive! You'll need a Tax File Number to legally work in Australia.

Monday: Self drive or catch the train to Gerroa NSW. Meet & greet 11.30am.
Tue/Wed/Thurs - EAT-SURF- REPEAT
Friday - Package ends. Depart midday
*transfers to and from Surfcamp not included.

Additional pre-tour and post-tour nights in Sydney can be booked via the checkout.
FLIGHTS, INSURANCE & VISA INFO
Flights to Sydney are not included. Compare flight prices here.
We recommend booking your flights to arrive into Sydney on Sunday, so you'll be ready for the tour to start on Monday morning. Arriving later? No worries! Your arrival transfer can be organised for any incoming flight.
