Whether you’re travelling solo or with a mate, you’ll meet other backpackers from all over the world on our 12-day tour of Cambodia! If you’re a fun loving, young traveller (18-30’s), this trip is for you!
Welcome to Cambodia…
Join us on an epic journey through Cambodia, starting in Phnom Penh and ending in Siem Reap. Chill on paradise islands, party on the beach in Sihanoukville, visit world famous majestic temples in Siem Reap, learn about Cambodia’s history, experience city nightlife in Phnom Penh, go tubing and wakeboarding on the river in Kampot and immerse yourself in Cambodian culture!
Day 1: Arrival in Phnom Penh
When you arrive in Cambodia, we will either meet you at the airport or at your hostel to get you checked in. If you arrive early, take the day to settle in, chill or explore the city of Phnom Penh. Tonight you’ll get to know the crew and the rest of your group over a beer (or three!) at the bar.
Days 2-3: Sihanoukville
It’s time to head to Sihanoukville, famous for it’s long stretch of beaches, island vibes and partying! Here, we stay in an awesome hotel right near the main beach for 2 nights. It’s time to chill by the hotel pool, hit some cool beach bars and head out on a backpacker booze cruise around the islands! Next stop…Koh Rong Samloem!
Days 4-5: Koh Rong Samloem
The next two days are all about soaking up the sun with your new mates on this secluded tropical island. Our hostel is in the perfect location, right on the beach! Sip cocktails at the bar, swim in crystal clear waters and chill on the beach by day and enjoy a BBQ dinner and watch an island fire show at night. We’ll also cruise around the islands to check out some awesome snorkelling spots. Try your hand at fishing and chill in paradise!
Days 6-7: Kampot
Today we leave the islands behind and go to the beautiful town of Kampot by boat and minibus. We’ll spend the afternoon by the pool in our hostel, right in the centre of town, exploring the area and trying some world famous ribs! Get ready to release your inner child as we spend a day by the river, rafting, knee/wakeboarding, tubing and playing on rope swings! Take in the amazing natural surroundings and chill with your new mates or if you’re feeling adventurous, book onto an optional adventure activity, organised by our awesome hostel.
Days 8-9: Back to Phnom Penh
It’s time to explore Cambodia’s capital city! We arrive back into Phnom Penh by private minibus for a day of sightseeing and culture. We’ll visit Wat Phnom temple and check out some of the city’s many markets before enjoying a unique dining experience: Dine in the dark. The next day, we get a chilling insight into Cambodia’s recent history as we visit two eye opening historical landmarks: The Khmer killing fields and S21. Our second evening in Phnom Penh will be spent checking out the local nightlife on a charity pub crawl, run by our partners at our hostel!
Days 10-12: Siem Reap & Angkor Wat
Today, we hop back on our minibus to Siem Reap; home to the awe inspiring Angkor Wat temple ruins, the largest religious monument in the world! We’ll jump in a TukTuk to the temple complex in time to catch the breathtaking sunrise over the main (1000 year old!) temple – an unforgettable experience! Later, we hit up the famous Pub Street, ready for one last party before our awesome adventure comes to end!
