OUR COMMITMENT
We’re committed to making our group tours as inclusive, safe, and accessible as possible for all travellers, regardless of background, ability, or identity. We welcome travellers from all walks of life and encourage anyone interested in our experiences to reach out before booking if they have any medical conditions, access needs, or other considerations that could impact their participation in our tours. With open communication, we’ll always do our best to provide personalised guidance or alternative options.
We strive to reduce barriers that might prevent someone from enjoying our tours.
We review each traveller’s needs on a case-by-case basis, with the aim to adapt where we can
We train our group leaders and sales team on inclusive language, respectful behaviour, and how to support guests with varying needs
We’re always looking to improve and welcome feedback from all travellers
We welcome:
Solo travellers
People of all identities and backgrounds
Those with different physical abilities, provided the tour style suits their comfort and safety levels
We believe great travel is about connection, shared experiences and a welcoming attitude. If you bring the right energy, we’ll bring the adventure.
TOUR DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS
- Fitness Levels: Our tours generally require an intermediate level of fitness, with 3–5km of walking per day on average
- Transport & Accessibility: To reduce emissions, we use public and shared transport on most of our tours. This means there may be short walks (up to 1km) with luggage to and from accommodation and transport terminals
- Accommodation: We partner with hostels, hotels, guesthouses, and resorts. Some may have limited accessibility features such as lifts or accessible bathrooms, depending on the destination
- Group Experience: Our tours are designed to be social and active. Travellers should be comfortable in shared group settings and flexible with the group pace
